The area is still home to the majority of Kenya’s Maasai. Yet, today it is a threatened landscape, confronting a growing population, a culture in transition and land use changes that threaten critical habitats.

We are Proud... He did it!

We are very proud to be able to end the year with the great news that John Kamanga, Director of SORALO, won the Tusk Trust Conservation award for 2020. We could not be more proud of him and his achievements in conservation in Southern Kenya.
